This live Go to Webinar training is designed for RNs who will be completing the HRST Clinical Review. This training is REQUIRED to the complete Clinical Review. The purpose of this training is to help nurses assigned to completing the Clinical Review, do so more accurately. All times are EST.

Debra Davis RN, CDDN

Clinical Services Manager; PCT Trainer

Deb has nearly 20 years as a Registered Nurse working with vulnerable populations, including those with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Mental Illness, and Aging. She is a Certified Developmental Disabilities Nurse and a Registered Nurse Trainer for the state of Illinois. She has been a member of DDNA for 13 years and served as the president of Central IL DDNA for 10 years. She is currently the Clinical Services Manager for HRS, as well as, a Person-Centered Thinking trainer certified by The Learning Community for Person-Centered Practices.

Sherry Neal RN-BC, CDDN

Clinical Quality Coordinator

Sherry Neal, RN-BC, CDDN has worked in the healthcare profession since 1972. She is board certified in 2 nursing specialties – Gerontology and Developmental Disabilities and is also an NTG Affiliated Regional Trainer for Dementia Capable Care for Adults with IDD and Dementia. Sherry has worked over 25 years with persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities and 35 years with the geriatric population. Sherry was very involved with IDD nursing in Illinois prior to moving to Florida and was a master nurse trainer for the state of Illinois for delegation of medication in community settings. She has experience in intensive care, family practice offices and management of geriatric and I/DD healthcare facilities. Sherry started working with HRS, Inc as Clinical Director in 2015.

Dina Pizzurro-Smith RN, BSN

Director of Client Services

Dina has been in the medical field since 1995, working her way up from CNA to BSN RN. Most of her career has been spent working with individuals with Mental Health needs for a local government in Virginia. In September 2013 she was promoted to Nurse Manager of the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Department. While in this role she successfully managed four ICF's, five Group Homes and the medical component of the Day Program. She was the driving force behind allowing person's that were in transition, to remain in their respective homes with staff and caretakers that they were comfortable and familiar. Dina joined HRS, Inc. in January 2019 as Director of Client Services.
