Tammy, M.S.Ed., joins IntellectAbility with over 40 years of rich work history serving people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Tammy has compassionately served as a special educator, case manager and Program Director in both residential and Community Day Services programs. She enjoys and is skilled in the areas of leadership, outcomes and advocacy. Tammy is the Client Engagement Manager for IntellectAbility.


Ingrid Durbin RN

HRST Clinical Services Representative

Ingrid began a second career as a Registered Nurse in 2013 and has been working in some aspects of the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities field for the last eight years. She has worked as a Quality Enhancement RN for the State of Missouri, a Mortality Review Nurse Investigator, and most recently the Director of Quality Assurance for a residential provider agency. She enjoys being an advocate for the IDD population when it comes to individual rights as well as providing resources and education to team members to help them mitigate identified risks. Ingrid joined the IntellectAbility team full-time as an HRST Clinical Support Rep in October 2023.
